BCEL’s Internet Banking Service is a service that will enable BCEL customers to do financial business through internet with the all time 24 hours service.
BCEL Internet Banking Service includes:

• Inquiry for Account Balance (Account Balance Inquiry)
• Inquiry for Account Statement (Account Statement Inquiry)
• Transfer money from their own accounts to other person’s account                           
  ( Inter-Account Funds Transfer to owner or other account)
• Inquiry for exchange rate (Exchange Rate Inquiry)
• Inquiry for Deposit Interest Rate (Deposit Interest Rate Inquiry)
• Inquiry for Loan Interest Rate  (Loan Interest Rate Inquiry)

Application Conditions:
New Customers
-  New Customers need to open account with BCEL first before registering in this service.

Current Customers
-   For BCEL current customers that already have Saving Account or Current Account with BCEL can now come to register to use this service at BCEL Head Office and all Branches.  

Registration Steps:
-   All applicants have to fill in the register’s form, which we have prepared, with your detailed personal information. In case of individual register, we would like to have the copy of your ID card and for the company register, we would like to have the copy of the company’s Business License (Must not terminated).
-  We will provide the guidebook which will includes all terms and conditions of using this service. Further more, our service staffs will explain more detail for you about this service’s fee.
-  After you have completed the registration of this service, we will give you the Personal Identification Number (PIN) in that day. When you start to use this online internet banking service at first time, the system will automatically ask you to change your PIN again in your own code before you can process to the next step.

• After registering of this service, we will give you the Additional Security Equipment in order to use the code from the equipment into the online service system of BCEL; this mentioned code will be able to use only one time to achieve highest security for your personal data and BCEL staffs will also explain more detail for you.
•  The expense for using of Internet Banking products shall include the registered fee, monthly service fee and also other cost for Additional security equipment which will be decided appropriately to reasonable fact.
