You can also inquiry about all types of the deposit’s interest rate and the exchange rate by using this service, this service is only available for those who have bank account with BCEL and also register to use this service from BCEL’s Head Office, branches or units. For customers that interest in using this E-Banking service from BECL, you can select the type of the services as these followings:
Mobile Banking: This service will provide SMS Service through your mobile phone in order to report your account balance’s information, all type of deposit’s interest rate and the exchange rate of all types of currency and whenever your account is motivated, the system will automatically send SMS to your mobile number which you have registered with the bank to report your account transaction.
Phone Banking: The service which you can inquiry your account information by phone and mobile such as inquiry for latest 5 transactions of your account, your account balance, all types of deposit’s interest rate and all currencies’ exchange rates.
Internet Banking: This is another way for you to check for your account’s transaction, your account balance, Interest rate and exchange rate through internet.

On 13rd of June 2008, BCEL celebrated its official branch opening in Saiyabouly Province. The branch was formally opened by Mr. Phouphet Khamphounvong

BCEL celebrated its official branch opening in Borkeo Province
On 14 th August 2008, The Ministry of Finance held the Memorandom Signing Ceremony to recieve salary through the bank between 17 parts, included Ministries and organizations, and BCEL. The ceremoney was honoured attending by Mr. Sonexay Sitphaxay General Director of BCEL , Representatives from each part, BCEL’s Board of Management, Head of Divisions, Head of Centers and the guest from 17 parts.
